NEW EMISSIONS REGULATION Beginning 2024
The Clean Truck Check requires an emissions test for all diesels vehicles over 14,000 GVWR.
OBD reading is required for vehicles 2013 and newer. Smoke Opacity Test is required for vehicles 2012 and older.
The test must be completed by your vehicles registration due date and can be submitted up to 90 days prior.
The test will repeat every 6 months after the initial annual test.

Motorhome registered outside of California
